Farmer’s markets are a great way to explore your community, while enjoying a yummy breakfast and supporting local farmers or artists by buying fresh produce or handmade goods. 


We’ve put together a list of the best markets around Balcatta, so you can buy local produce, artisan made products and enjoy being part of your local community. 

Stirling Farmers Market

Every Sunday 7:30 – 11:30am at 25 Cedric Street, Stirling WA 6021
Five minutes down the road you’ll find this vibrant community market. Only selling from local growers and makers, this community project run by Karrinyup Rotary Club always has delicious food options and an abundance of fresh local produce stalls.

Kyilla Farmers Market

Every Saturday 8 – 11.30 am at Kyilla Park, Clieveden Street, North Perth
This market in North Perth is all about bringing the community together and enjoying a healthy lifestyle. Feast on gourmet egg and bacon sandwiches while perusing farm-direct seasonal fruit, vegetables, meat and locally produced bread, honey and flowers. 

Take home a bounty of fresh produce and treat yourself to freshly brewed coffee and delicious food at the same time. You’ll also get to meet the grower and do your weekly grocery shopping, while enjoying a Spring morning in the park.

Scarborough Sunset Markets

3pm-8pm every Saturday till 30th October at Scarborough Square
Less than 15 minutes down the road, Scarborough is the perfect place to catch-up with mates, enjoy yummy eats and with a drink-in-hand, listen to live music while watching a great sunset. Every Saturday afternoon, up to 50 foodies and retailers come together to showcase global cuisines, local treats and handcrafted winter wares. We recommend keeping an eye on their social’s, so you know exactly when the markets kick start their famous summer season.
